Transparency has always been a major issue at the elections of ASIC over the last few years. Although words were often uttered, actions were rarely taken. This year we feel it is time to really be transparent, because we value your input but also because so many important decisions are about to be made this year.
On this page you will find the following infomation: dates of the College Council (CC) meetings, a more elaborate explanation of the main issues we are working on and a possibility to ask for more documents if desired.
College Council Meetings
Below you will find the dates and time of the CC meetings, which are open to everybody. Although you are not allowed to speak, listening to what we say and commenting on it afterwards will always be appreciated. For an explanation on what the CC is click here.

Main issues
There are many issues we are working on this year, this is why we gave this part its own page which you can find here.
Other Documents
If you desire to have other documents such as CC minutes, CC-proposals, ASIC-proposals, the budget etc., you can either send us an e-mail on ucu.asic@uu.nl or you can drop by during our office hours and we will be happy to help you out. It is important, however, to realize that besides looking into these documents, publishing about them and talking to us about them, there is little you can do with these documents. Often they contain information about decision already made and approved so there is little that can still be changed.
Newsletter
Are you interested in what is going on in your college? Do you want to really get involved in what is going on in CH? Then sign up to our newsletter. This newsletter will give you all the transparency you have ever dreamed of. This means you will be informed about meetings we are having, you will receive all the documents that we receive, we will even include the minutes of the CC meetings. The newsletter will allow you to check whether we really have you covered, but will also show you the complexities that often slow down the much wanted progress. Want to sign up? Send an e-mail to ucu.asic@.uu.nl!
