As of 2007, you can also borrow vacuum cleaners through ASIC. Started out with only one, the ASIC vacuum cleaner service now counts 3 great ASuCs for you to borrow. There’s no party too messy for our ASuCs!

The Terms of Service are:

• You can come borrow an ASuC between 12.00-13.30 and 17.30-19.00 on weekdays at the ASIC Office.
• You have to return the vacuum cleaner to the ASIC Office within 24 hours.
• You have to make a monetary deposit of 5 euros, that you will get back if the vacuum-cleaner is returned in a proper state and in time. If you return the vacuum-cleaner late, ASIC can charge you a 1 euro fine per day.
• You have to give us either a passport, personal ID-card, student ID-card or bankcard that you will get back once you return the ASuC.
• During the time you borrow a vacuum cleaner, it is your responsibility. If something happens to it, you carry the consequences at any rate.
